At ORLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail care products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
